1 Star Service. I've encountered many problems due to this. No customer service until 9am. Its a 24 hr service, why not 24 hour customer service. I started with Vocalocity over 12 years ago and then Vonage took over. The customer service is at present the worst of any company. Once you log into your account- nothing is intuitive. A month afterward I phone call them back to go the refund, which they did."Oh, we no longer provide modems. Yous need to get your own". Turns out I take a new un-used one. I ask them to actuate it so and there, and the story changes. "Oh, you have to get one from united states of america, and just pay the aircraft". I say ok. They pecker me for the shipping ( around $9 ). The modem never arrives. At this time we have been using the Vonage Extensions App on our mobile phones. Information technology does not work with some international numbers. This company was dandy at one time, just now they are a disaster. The CEO should be fired. This company is a joke! They exercise not have a number to call for support and this is a telephone company, granted it is VOIP but still not number to get support! Call quality is poor, when yous do get support all they practice is blame your cyberspace connection. I have a T1 line then its non my connection is is there poor service. They are inexpensive and you get what yous pay for, so don't waste your coin. If y'all cannot sympathize your caller you have wasted money and time. When yous get support you realize you accept made a HUGE error!
